Members learn the components of program assessment, participant satisfaction, and student evaluation.
Members learn how to develop measurable outcomes and determine criteria for excellence.
Emergency Response – Chairs: Mark Garneau & Jason Shirkey
Members create emergency action scenarios and drills for student staff.
Members coordinate 1st Aid/CPR/AED and CR EAP training to all new employees.
Members provide feedback and debriefing emergency action situations to student and professional staff
Hiring – Chairs: Amanda Alpert & Jaclyn Falzarano
Members represent their program area at the Campus Recreation job fairs.
Members review and evaluate student applications, and conduct group interviews.
Professional Development – Chair: Shannon Richardson
Members assist with monthly staff recognition and the peer nomination process.
Members determine and facilitate professional development workshops.
Student Leadership Team – Chairs: Jason Shirkey & Jaclyn Falzarano
Members learn and discuss leadership principles and various experiences relating to their particular leadership styles.
Members view a video series by influential leaders in society.
TEAM CR Events – Chairs: Toya Heard & Rhonda Tompkins
Members implement end of semester recognition.
Members plan and implement one student staff event each semester which promotes TEAM CR values.
