This challenge consists of 2 person teams and 3 Divisions: Co-ed, Male, and Female. There is a prize for each Division Winner! The Challenge consists of Strength, Speed/Agility & Endurance Exercises. Please visit the Fitness Center front desk to register or for more information.
Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level with this intense boot camp style class incorporating high intensity movements. Bootcamp meets every Wednesday at 4:30pm and Thursday at 5:15pm at the Ole Miss Intramural Fields.
