Each package will include two free fitness assessments; one before and one at the end of the five-week program. Partner Yoga-Tuesday, February 13th (start time and studio TBD)
Join Campus Recreation as we celebrate Valentine’s Day with a Partner Yoga class. Enjoy a yoga practice with your friend or significant other, by flowing through poses done solo and together! Great class for beginners or veteran yogis! No prior yoga experience needed. Hour and fifteen-minute practice to ensure adequate time to transition through partner poses and to relax with your partner. No Fit Sticker required! Must have access to third floor of the Turner Center with Ole Miss ID or guest pass.
Fittest Rebel Competition-Saturday, March 24, 2018 (Start time TBD)
The Fittest Rebel Fitness Competition is set for Saturday, March 24, 2018!! This fitness competition will incorporate both strength and endurance movements, speed and agility work, body weight exercises and cardiovascular stamina elements. Some examples of competition elements include: one-mile run, sprints, pull-ups, tire flip, sled push and more! Exact fitness challenges will be unveiled weekly beginning in January! Start training now, so you can be the Fittest Rebel! Both male and female division registration will open in January. Follow us on social media and continue to check back for more information!
