Fittest Rebel Competition – Saturday, April 21st, 2018 – 9:00 a.m.
The Fittest Rebel Fitness Competition will incorporate both strength and endurance movements, speed and agility work, body weight exercises and cardiovascular stamina elements. Some examples of competition elements include: 1/2 mile run, sprints, pull-ups, odd object carries, and more! Exercises will be released on our social media weekly.
