Group Fitness

FitSticker (students, Turner Center members): $10 – includes group fitness classes for May Intersession, Summer I, and Summer II.

Current Turner Center members and students – join us for one of our group fitness classes! We offer a variety of disciplines such as yoga, strength training, cycle, Zumba and TRX. Follow THIS LINK to register for your FitSticker and then visit the fitness center to complete your payment. Turner Center Community Members – please visit the fitness center to register for your FitSticker. Group fitness class schedules are subject to change.

Group Fitness Class Schedules:

Monday at 5:15pm Triple Threat in studio 305. Monday at 6:15pm Hip Hop Fitness in studio 305. Tuesday at 12pm 50/50 in studio 125. Tuesday at 6:15pm Cycle in studio 125. Wednesday at 5:15pm Hip Hop Fitness in studio 305. Wednesday at 6:15pm HIIT in studio 125. Thursday at 12pm Total Body in studio 305. Friday at 12pm yoga in studio 305. Classes are 45 minutes. proper attire is required for all classes. A valid Ole Miss ID and fitsticker must be shown for access to classes.

Monday 12pm: Kettlebell/TRX in Studio 125

Tuesday 1pm: Yoga in Studio 125

Wednesday 12pm: Triple Threat in Studio 125

Thursday 1pm: Zumba in Studio 125

Friday 11am: Cycle in Studio 125
