If working out alone is not motivating you enough, join us for one of our group fitness classes offered each week. A variety of disciplines such as yoga, strength training, cycle, Zumba and TRX are available. All of our classes are voluntary and free of charge to students and campus recreation members. Just present your ID with a FIT sticker each time you come to class, and make sure you arrive early — the classes fill to capacity and are first come, first served. * All Group Fitness classes are free for students and Turner Center members 16 years of age or older. Participants should present a student or Turner Center ID card with a FIT sticker in order to be admitted into class. *Patrons arriving more than 5 minutes after class starts will not be admitted. * Water bottles and personal towels are welcome in all classes, and are required for indoor cycling classes. * The schedule is subject to change with little or no advance notice.
