Group Fitness Class Information

Purchase your Fit Pass and register for classes on the OleMissCR app or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss.

Virtual Participation Information starting January 19, 2021:

  • Access with Zoom link after you receive your IMLeagues/OleMissCR registration confirmation email.
  • Register the day before class!
  • Spring 2021 virtual classes will allow you to join live, in-person classes, rather than a virtual-only class.
  • Follow along with the instructor and participants at your own pace.
  • The Zoom chat feature will not be used during classes.

In-Person Participation Information starting January 19. 2021:

  • In-person classes have capacity limitations to adhere to social distancing and state gathering regulations.
  • Yoga and fitness mats will be provided for classes starting January 19, 2021. It is still recommended to bring your own fitness mat and towel if you have a personal mat. Sweat towels are not provided. Water Bottle refill stations are available at both facilities.
  • Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to check in to assure you get your reserved class spot.
  • Arrive wearing a face covering and wear your face covering until you have set up your class space, six feet or more from others, and the exercise portion of class begins.

Group Pass Sales

Registered student organizations or University of Mississippi Campus Departments will have the opportunity to purchase unlimited semester passes in bulk for their members and receive a discount off the total cost. Click here for more information about group pass sales.


Fit Pass (Currently enrolled students)

Step 1: Create your account on the OleMissCR App or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss

  • App Instructions:
    • Download the OleMissCR App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store
    • Select “Login via Portal,” use your Ole Miss webID and password & update information
  • Desktop Instructions:
    • Visit www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss
    • Select the green “Create Account” button in the top right corner, use your Ole Miss webID and password & update information

Step 2: Purchase the One-Time or Semester Fit Pass on the OleMissCR App or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss

  • App Instructions:
    • On the “Network” page (home page), click the “Fit|Climb|Swim” widget.
    • Scroll down to select an open class by clicking on the class.
    • Click the “Join Session” bar.
    • Check the indication box on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
    • Click “Next.”
    • Click “Sign Up.”
    • Follow the prompt to submit credit card payment.
    • Register for each class prior to attending open classes.
      • Classes become “open” one week in advance.
  • Desktop Instructions:
    • Hover over University of Mississippi drop down tab (top left) and click “Fit|Climb|Swim”
    • Scroll down to select an open class using the “Sign Up” button.
    • Click the “Sign Up” bar on the class description page.
    • Click the “Accept” button on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
    • Click “Sign Up” again.
    • Click “Buy Now” and submit credit card payment.
    • Register for each class prior to attending open classes.
      • Classes become “open” one week in advance.

Fit Pass (Active Campus Recreation members): 

Faculty/Staff

Step 1: Create your account on the OleMissCR App or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss

  • App Instructions:
    • Download the OleMissCR App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store
    • Select “Login via Portal,” use your Ole Miss webID and password & update information
  • Desktop Instructions:
    • Visit www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss
    • Select the green “Create Account” button in the top right corner, use your Ole Miss webID and password & update information

Step 2: Get the Semester Fit Pass

  • If you just created your IMLeagues account, the Fit Pass will need to be added to your account. This will only need to happen once and will not need to be added each semester so long as there are no breaks in your membership.
  • Please wait for an administrator to manually add the Fit Pass to your account
  • Active membership status must be maintained in order to continue pass usage

Community Members & External Employees

Step 1: Create your account on the OleMissCR App or at www.IMLeagues.com 

  • App Instructions:
    • Download the OleMissCR App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store
    • Click “Create Account” in the upper right corner of the screen.
    • Input a NON-SCHOOL EMAIL, your name, and desired password. Click “Next.”
    • DO NOT select a school (leave OleMissCR in the search bar). Select the gender you most identify as, select other as your status, and input your birthday. Click “Create Account”
    • You will receive an error message that states you cannot automatically join the network, but that you can send a request to be approved by an administrator at your school. Click “Send Request”.
    • You will receive an email to activate your account, follow the link in the email, this will open your account in the OleMissCR app
  • Desktop Instructions:
    • Visit www.IMLeagues.com 
    • Select the orange “Sign Up” button in the upper right corner
    • DO NOT select a school/organization
    • Input your first name, last name, a NON-SCHOOL EMAIL, and desired password 
    • Select “other” as your status, “none” as your grad year, your birthday, and gender you identify as
    • Click “Create Account”
    • You will receive an email to activate your account, follow the link in the email, you will be redirected to IMLeagues
    • Select the green “Register” button, search for “University of Mississippi” and select the blue “Join button,” select the blue “Send Request” button

Step 2: Get the Semester Fit Pass

  • If you just created your IMLeagues account, the Fit Pass will need to be added to your account. This will only need to happen once and will not need to be added each semester so long as there are no breaks in your membership.
  • Please wait for an administrator to manually add the Fit Pass to your account

Pass Refund Policy

One Time Pass Refunds

In the event that an activity is canceled and a participant has already applied their one-time pass, they will be able to apply it to another activity or claim a refund within 2 weeks of cancellation by emailing fitness@olemiss.edu.

Unlimited Semester Pass Refunds

A participant may request a refund for an unlimited semester pass up to 2 weeks after their pass purchase so long as the pass has not been applied to any activity.

  • In the event that in-person fitness programming cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances, partial and full refunds for semester passes cannot be processed if a pass has been applied to any activity. Every effort for virtual programming will be put into place for activities that can be conducted virtually.
