Student Pass Bundles and Group Play Pass Sales

How to purchase your Fit Pass from the OleMissCR app (UM affiliated):

  1. Download the OleMissCR app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Click “Login via Portal” and sign in using your UM webID and password.
  3. On the “Network” page (home page), click the “Fitness & Climbing” widget.
  4. Scroll down to select an open class by clicking on the class.
  5. Click the “Join Session” bar.
  6. Check the indication box on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
  7. Click “Next.”
  8. Click “Sign Up.”
  9. Follow the prompt to submit credit card payment.
  10. Register for each class prior to attending open classes.
    • Classes become “open” one week in advance.

How to purchase your Fit Pass from a desktop computer (UM affiliated):

  1. Create/login to your profile. Click here to create profile or login.
  2. Hover over University of Mississippi drop down tab (top left) and click “Fitness & Climbing”
  3. Scroll down to select an open class using the “Sign Up” button.
  4. Click the “Sign Up” bar on the class description page.
  5. Click the “Accept” button on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
  6. Click “Sign Up” again.
  7. Click “Buy Now” and submit credit card payment.
  8. Register for each class prior to attending open classes.
    • Classes become “open” one week in advance.

How to create a community member OleMissCR app account using your smart phone (non-UM affiliated):

  1. Download the OleMissCR app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Click Create Account in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Input a NON-SCHOOL EMAIL, your first name, last name and desired password. Click “Next.”
  4. DO NOT select a school (leave OleMissCR in search bar). Select the gender you most identify as, select other as your status, and input your birthday. Click “Create Account.”
  5. You will receive an error message that states you cannot automatically join the network, but that you can send a request to be approved by an administrator at your school. Click “Send Request”.
  6. Log into your NON-SCHOOL EMAIL and open the email from IMLeagues. Click the verify account and sign in button. This will open your account in the OleMissCR app.
  7. Please wait for an administrator to approve your request to join the school – if after two business day you have not been granted access, please email fitness@olemiss.edu to notify staff that your request has been sent.
    • Once access is granted to the OleMissCR app, you should receive an acceptance email from IMLeagues.
    • Use the link to log into the app using the NON-SCHOOL EMAIL.
