Group Fitness Class Information

Purchase your Fit Pass and register for classes on the OleMissCR app or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss.

In-Person Participation Information:

  • Express Format are 30 minutes. Other formats are 45 minutes.
  • Registration opens the day before and will remain open until the time of the class or the class is full.
  • Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to check in to assure you get your reserved class spot.
  • Yoga and fitness mats will be provided for classes, but it is still recommended to bring your own fitness mat and towel if you have a personal mat. Sweat towels are not provided. Water Bottle refill stations are available at both facilities.

Fit Pass (Currently enrolled students)

Step 1: Create your account on the OleMissCR App or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss

  • App Instructions:
    • Download the OleMissCR App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store
    • Select “Login via Portal,” use your Ole Miss webID and password & update information
  • Desktop Instructions:
    • Visit www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss
    • Select the green “Create Account” button in the top right corner, use your Ole Miss webID and password & update information

Step 2: Purchase the One-Time, Semester or Annual Fit Pass on the OleMissCR App or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss

  • App Instructions:
    • On the “Network” page (home page), click the “Fitness” widget.
    • Scroll down to select an open class by clicking on the class.
    • Click the “Join Session” bar.
    • Check the indication box on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
    • Click “Next.”
    • Click “Sign Up.”
    • Follow the prompt to submit credit card payment.
    • Register for each class prior to attending open classes.
      • Classes become “open” one week in advance.
  • Desktop Instructions:
    • Hover over University of Mississippi drop down tab (top left) and click “Fitness”
    • Scroll down to select an open class using the “Sign Up” button.
    • Click the “Sign Up” bar on the class description page.
    • Click the “Accept” button on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
    • Click “Sign Up” again.
    • Click “Buy Now” and submit credit card payment.
    • Register for each class prior to attending open classes.
      • Classes become “open” one week in advance.

Fit Pass (Active Campus Recreation Members): 

Faculty/Staff

Step 1: Create your account on the OleMissCR App or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss

  • App Instructions:
    • Download the OleMissCR App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store
    • Select “Login via Portal,” use your Ole Miss webID and password & update information.
  • Desktop Instructions:
    • Visit www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss
    • Select the green “Create Account” button in the top right corner, use your Ole Miss webID and password & update information.

Step 2: Get the Semester Fit Pass

  • Email memberservices@olemiss.edu once you’ve completed Step 1 or if you already have an account.
  • The CR Member Pass will manually be added to your account granting you access to register for group fitness classes.

Step 3: Register for Group Fitness Classes
App Instructions:

  • On the “Network” page (home page), click the “Fitness” widget.
  • Select a group fitness class for any current or future date.
  • Click the “Join Session” bar.
  • Check the indication box on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
  • Click “Next.”
  • Click “Sign Up.”
  • Do not pay if prompted;
  • Instructors will check you in at the respective studio location.

Desktop Instructions:

  • Select the  “Fitness” tab below the main header at the top of the page.
  • Select a group fitness class for any current or future date by clicking the green “Sign Up” button.
  • Click the green “Sign Up” bar on the session description page.
  • Click the “Accept” button on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
  • Click “Sign Up” again.
  • Do not pay if prompted;
  • Instructors will check you in at the respective studio location.

Community Members & External Employees

Step 1: Create your account on the OleMissCR App or at www.IMLeagues.com/olemiss/registration 

App Instructions:

  • Download the OleMissCR App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store
  • Click “Create Account” in the upper right corner of the screen.
  • Input a NON-SCHOOL EMAIL, your name and desired password. Click “Next.”
  • DO NOT select a school (leave OleMissCR in search bar). Select the gender you most identify as, select other as your status, and input your birthday. Click “Create Account.”
  • You will receive an error message that states you cannot automatically join the network, but that you can send a request to be approved by an administrator at your school. Click “Send Request”.
  • You will receive an email to activate your account, follow the link in the email, this will open your account in the OleMissCR app

Desktop Instructions:

  • Visit www.IMLeagues.com/olemiss/registration
  • Select “GUEST REGISTRATION” and complete all information.
    • Use a non-university email address.
    • Select “CR Community Member” as your classification.
    • Select “none” as your grad year.
  • Click “Create Account.”
  • A box will pop up asking you to submit a request to join our school, select the green “submit” button.
  • You will receive an email to activate your account, follow the link in the email, you will be redirected to IMLeagues.

Step 2: Receive access to the Fit Pass

  • Please wait for an administrator to approve your request to join the school
    • If after two business days you have not been granted access, or if you already have an account that was previously approved, please email memberservices@olemiss.edu
  • Passes will be manually added to your account and you will receive email confirmation
    • Only members over the age of 16 will be eligible to participate in Group Fitness classes and require parent/guardian supervision until they turn 18 years old.

Step 3: Register for Group Fitness Classes

  • Select a group fitness class for any current or future date.
  • Click the “Join Session” bar.
  • Check the indication box on the Informed Consent and Release of Liability page.
  • Click “Next.”
  • Click “Sign Up.”
  • Do not pay if prompted;
  • Instructors will check you in at the respective studio location.

  • Contact memberservices@olemiss.edu if you are being asked to pay for an open climb session or group fitness class.
  • Instructors will check you in at the respective studio location.

Pass Refund Policy

One Time Pass Refunds

In the event that an activity is canceled and a participant has already applied their one-time pass, they will be able to apply it to another activity or claim a refund within 2 weeks of cancellation by emailing fitness@olemiss.edu.

Unlimited Semester & Unlimited Annual Pass Refunds

A participant may request a refund for an unlimited semester or unlimited annual pass up to 2 weeks after their pass purchase so long as the pass has not been applied to any activity.

  • In the event that in-person fitness programming cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances, partial and full refunds for semester passes cannot be processed if a pass has been applied to any activity. Every effort for virtual programming will be put into place for activities that can be conducted virtually.
