Interested in learning the basics of operating our fitness equipment and navigating our fitness spaces and recreational spaces? Your tour guide will also help you learn more about our fitness programs and how to register and participate!

Employee Only Group Fitness Classes

Did you know that Campus Recreation offers employee-only group fitness classes taught by your fellow employees for free? Red, Blue & Well Summer Bingo

Get active this Summer while completing Red, Blue & Well’s Summer BINGO! Click here to download the bingo sheet. Further instructions and a QR code are located on this sheet. Use the QR code to submit a photo of you completing the activity so that we can track your progress and celebrate your completion of B-I-N-G-O. Feel free to grab a buddy to complete your activities!

Mid Morning Half Mile

Meet us in front of the Lyceum on Tuesdays at 10:30am to walk one half mile around campus! Everyone is welcome, so take a break and spend a quick 15 minutes walking outside. We will not meet if it is raining.

15-Minute Stretch Sessions on Zoom

You don’t even have to leave your desk to participate in a weekly 15 minute stretch session! Join us on Zoom on Wednesdays at 2:30pm for a 15 minute full body stretch that will leave you feeling refreshed and help with your posture.


Come play pickleball at noon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays upstairs in the Turner Center on Court 1 or Mondays at the outdoor Turner Center courts from 5-6:30pm. Balls and paddles are provided and all levels are welcome! Email to be added to the weekly pickleball email list. Any updates or additional opportunities about pickleball will be sent out weekly.
