Fitness Orientations

Interested in learning the basics of operating our fitness equipment and navigating our fitness spaces and recreational spaces? Click here to request an appointment for an in-depth tour at one or both the Turner Center and South Campus Recreation Center. Your tour guide will also help you learn more about our fitness programs and how to register and participate!

Employee Only Group Fitness Classes

Did you know that Campus Recreation offers employee-only group fitness classes taught by your fellow employees for free? Tuesday Trail Walks  

Join us on Tuesdays at 5pm for a 30-minute walk on the trails! Meet at the South Campus Rail Trail located across from the South Campus Recreation Center on Chucky Mullins Drive. Take a break and spend some time outside while leisurely walking the trails. All are welcome, so come walk with us!


Come play pickleball at noon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays upstairs in the Turner Center on Court 1. Balls and paddles are provided and all levels are welcome! 

15-Minute Stretch Sessions on Zoom

You don’t even have to leave your desk to participate in a weekly 15-minute stretch session! Join us on Zoom on Thursdays at 2:30pm for a 15 minute full body stretch that will leave you feeling refreshed and help with your posture.
