Glow-ga (Glow Yoga)

Description: Join Campus Recreation in Turner Center Studio 305 for FREE Glow Yoga! This is a great class for both novice and experienced yogis to participate in. Yoga mats and glow sticks will be available for use upon arrival. Class will begin at 7pm and last 45 minutes. No FIT pass required, simply sign up on the OleMissCR app to reserve your spot! Those in attendance will be entered for a chance to win an Ole Miss FIT Kit!

Description: Join Campus Recreation on the South Campus Recreation Center Outdoor Turf on Monday, April 22nd for our FREE class of the month, Earth Day Sunset Yoga! The class will begin at 7 pm and last 45 minutes. Relax and enjoy the yoga flow while embracing what nature has to offer. We will have yoga mats available for those who register for this class. No FIT pass required, simply sign up on the OleMissCR app to reserve your spot!

SwOle Miss ’24 Powerlifting Competition

$30 for Students, $40 CR Members, Faculty, Staff | Click here to register
Description: Show how SwOle you are by competing in the SwOle Miss Powerlifting Competition! Complete your best lifts for bench press, squat, and deadlift in one day! Compete in your own weight class. Prizes for overall winners in male, female and overall divisions. Registration will close on March 24th, or when 32 participant cap is reached. Register by March 17th, 2024 to guarantee your preferred t-shirt size! All participants must arrive by 7:30 am on competition day for rules reading. Weigh in times will be offered on Friday, April 5th. Additional event timeline information and details will be shared after completing registration. All participants will be contacted the week of March 25th to confirm event starting lift weights.
