Campus Recreation Membership Opportunities

Ole Miss Students:
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may use the facility during scheduled recreational periods. The fee is included in tuition during enrolled academic periods.

  • Fit Passes, Climb Passes, and Play Passes available for purchase. Options include $5.00 one-time, $20.00 unlimited, or $35.00 unlimited annual. All passes for students are purchased at www.imleagues.com/olemiss.

Student Summer Membership:
Students enrolled in a summer session will have access to Turner Center or South Campus Recreation Center during the enrolled session only. Students who are not enrolled in a summer session will be required to purchase a membership for Turner Center or South Campus Recreation Center access throughout the summer.

Student Spouse Membership:
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may enroll his/her spouse. Documentation is required at the time of purchase and may be emailed to memberservices@olemiss.edu

  • $30.00 for one semester
  • Fit Pass and Climb Pass can be purchased for $20.00/semester at the time of membership purchase.

Student Family Membership:
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may enroll his/her spouse and/or eligible dependent. Documentation is required at the time of purchase and may be emailed to memberservices@olemiss.edu

  • $50.00 for one semester
  • Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee
  • Family memberships can list up to 5 dependents. See member services if you have over 5 dependents. 
  • Fit Pass and Climb Pass can be purchased for $20.00/semester for each member at the time of membership purchase. (Members must be able to safely fit into a harness to climb; Only members over the age of 16 will be eligible to participate in group fitness classes and require parent/guardian supervision until they turn 18 years old).

Individual Faculty/Staff Membership:
University employees holding an official University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership. An email from memberservices@olemiss.edu will be sent within 2-3 business days to follow up with your application.

  • $75.00 for 3 months (payroll deduction available)
  • $150.00 for 6 months (payroll deduction available)
  • $300.00 for 12 months (payroll deduction available)
  • Married Ole Miss Faculty/Staff may purchase the Family Faculty/Staff membership
  • Primary enrollee must present Ole Miss Faculty/Staff ID when purchasing membership
  •  Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee
  • 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $20.00/semester at the time of membership purchase

Family Faculty/Staff Membership:

  • Employee may not take out a membership for family members only; employee must be included in the membership plan as the primary member

Group Fitness/Pool/Climb Only Faculty/Staff Program Specific Membership:

Faculty/Staff, External Employees, & University Retirees can now purchase a Fit, Pool, or Climb only membership beginning Monday, August 16th, 2021. Membership purchase must be made in person during Membership Services office hours.  Valid university ID must be presented at the time of purchase.

  • $50/semester (each)* 
  • Prorating is not available
  • Fall 2021: August 23rd – January 17th  (Winter Intersession Included)
  • Spring 2022: January 18th – May 28th (May Intersession Included)
  • Summer 2022: May 29th – August (start of the Fall 2022 semester)
  • Family cannot be added—these are all individual memberships
  • Group fitness-only or climbing-only members will receive a sticker that will be placed on the member’s university ID card per semester pass. Facility access will be granted by showing valid sticker for the current semester. ID cards for group fitness-only and climb-only will not be activated for swipe access to the Campus Recreation facilities.
  • Group fitness-only members will require registration for group fitness classes. Registration instructions can be found here: https://campusrec.olemiss.edu/group-fitness/
  • Pool-Only memberships will have designated swipe access to Turner Center as a Pool-Only member

Retired Faculty/Staff Membership:
Faculty and staff who retired from Ole Miss prior to January, 1997 are eligible to receive a complimentary membership. The membership is available to the retiree and his/her spouse. An email from memberservices@olemiss.edu will be sent within 2-3 business days to follow up with your application.

  • Retired Faculty/Staff complimentary memberships can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $20.00/semester for each member at the time of membership purchase

Faculty and staff who retired from Ole Miss after January, 1997 are eligible to obtain a membership at the current Faculty/Staff membership rate (see above)

Membership type is dependent on the local status indicated on the Ole Miss ID card. Visiting Scholars with an “External Employee” ID card must notify Campus Recreation staff and provide documentation of Visiting Scholar status to receive the Visiting Scholar membership. Faculty/staff who take classes but are not enrolled at a certain time must purchase the faculty/staff membership during non-enrolled periods to continue access.


Ole Miss Alumni

Individual Alumni Membership:
Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate may obtain an Individual Alumni membership for three, six, or twelve months. Members must show alumni card or diploma in order to purchase membership.

  • $120.00 for 3 months
  • $240 for 6 months
  • $480 for 12 months
  • Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee
  • 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $20.00/semester at the time of membership purchase

Family Alumni Membership:
Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate may obtain a Family Alumni membership for three, six, or twelve months, and may enroll his/her spouse (secondary enrollee) and/or dependent(s)

  • $180.00 for 3 months
  • $360 for 6 months
  • $720 for 12 months
  • Family memberships can list up to 5 dependents. See member services if you have over 5 dependents. 
  • Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee
  • Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee (members must be able to safely fit into a harness to climb). Only members over the age of 16 will be eligible to participate in group fitness classes and require parent/guardian supervision until they turn 18 years old).

Primary enrollee will be required to have a Campus Recreation ID made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.

  • $162.50 for 3 months
  • $325.00 for 6 months
  • $650.00 for 12 months 
  • Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee.
  • 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $20.00/semester at the time of membership purchase.

Family Community Membership:
The membership is for either 3 months, 6, months, or 12 months and expires on the last day of the month (i.e. 12 month enrollment on August 2, 2014 has a membership expiration of August 31, 2015). Primary enrollee, secondary enrollee, and any dependents on the membership will be required to have a Campus Recreation ID made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.

  • $200.00 for 3 months
  • $400.00 for 6 months
  • $800.00 for 12 months

Community – Program Specific

For those interested in a specific program activity and not a full membership, the packages below are for you!               You must resister on site with our membership services team and get your specific sticker added to your new Campus Rec ID card.

Individual Pool Only Membership:
The membership is for either 3 months, 6, months, or 12 months and expires on the last day of the month (i.e. 12 month enrollment on August 2, 2014 has a membership expiration of August 31, 2015). Primary enrollee will be required to have a Campus Recreation Pool Only ID  made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.

  • Pool Only members will have access to the pool at any time that the pool is open
    • Access will be denied if member is found utilizing the facility other than the pool
  • $90.00 for 3 months
  • $180.00 for 6 months
  • $360.00 for 12 months

Family Pool Only Membership:

The membership is for either 3 months, 6, months, or 12 months and expires on the last day of the month (i.e. 12 month enrollment on August 2, 2014 has a membership expiration of August 31, 2015). Primary enrollee, secondary enrollee, and any dependents on the membership will be required to have a Campus Recreation Pool Only ID made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.

Individual Climb Only Membership:

The membership is for  3, 6 or 12 months and expires on the last day of the month (i.e. 6 month enrollment on January 19, 2021 has a membership expiration of June 30, 2021). Primary enrollee will be required to have a Campus Recreation Climb Only ID made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.

  • Climb Only members will have access to the climbing wall at any time the climbing wall is open
    • Access will be denied if member is found utilizing the facility other than the climbing wall
  • $75 for 3 months
  • $150.00 for 6 months
  • $300 for 12 months

Family Climb Only Membership:

The membership is for  3, 6 or 12 months and expires on the last day of the month (i.e. 6 month enrollment on January 19, 2021 has a membership expiration of June 30, 2021).  Primary enrollee, secondary enrollee, and any dependents on the membership will be required to have a Campus Recreation Climb Only ID made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.

  • Climb Only members will have access to the climbing wall at any time the climbing wall is open
    • Access will be denied if member is found utilizing the facility other than the climbing wall
  • $125 for 3 months
  • $250.00 for 6 months
  • $500 for 12 months
  • Family memberships can list up to 5 dependents. See member services if you have over 5 dependents. 
  • Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Campus Recreation requires submission of a completed Membership Cancellation Form in order for a membership to be cancelled and for a refund to be requested. To cancel your membership, please email memberservices@olemiss.edu. The membership will be considered cancelled on the last day of the month of the submission the cancellation form. Note: lockers are non-refundable.

The refund method is based on original form of payment:

Payroll Deduction:

  • If full membership amount has been deducted: refund will be processed for time not used
  • If full membership amount has not yet been deducted: will stop deduction
  • Allow seven days for processing

Cash or Check:

  • Will be refunded by check, sent to address indicated on the Membership Cancellation Form
  • Allow up to 8 weeks to receive check in the mail

Credit Card:

  • Will be refunded by request for pay and a check will be sent to address indicated on the Membership Cancellation Form
